At NoxCalm., we’re all about making your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. Here’s the lowdown on how we get your order from our warehouse to your doorstep!

Where do we ship?

We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India, as per government guidelines. If your area is deliverable, we’ve got you covered!

How long does it take?

We usually dispatch your order within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). From there, our trusted courier partners take over, and you can expect your package in 5-7 days.

Tracking your order

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can stalk it (we all do it).

Changes & Cancellations

• Need to update your address? You can tweak the details before shipment—but the PIN code and state must remain the same. Just drop us a message at hello@noxcalm.in ASAP!
• Changed your mind after we’ve shipped? If you cancel after dispatch or reject a COD order, shipping costs (both ways) will be charged at actuals.
• For prepaid orders, cancellations after dispatch won’t be eligible for a refund (so think twice before ghosting your cart 😜).
• Shipping charges are non-refundable—once your order is shipped, that part is set in stone.

Receiving Your Order

• Make sure someone you trust is available to collect your order. NoxCalm. isn’t responsible if your package ends up with an alternative person.
• If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, an unboxing video is a must to process your claim. Email us at hello@noxcalm.in on the same day of delivery, and we’ll sort it out!
